Meet Natalie

I didn't build Therapist Authority Lab™ because I wanted to start a marketing company...

I built it because I watched exceptional therapists struggle with the business side of the profession, often without the marketing education needed to become visible and build sustainable practices.

Early in my career, I believed what many therapists still believe... if I became an exceptional clinician, clients would naturally find me.

They didn't.

Three years into building my first private practice, I had no visibility, no marketing strategy, and no idea how to become known. One of the most humbling moments of my career came when I had to ask my supervisor for gas money just to get home from work.

That's when I learned a lesson graduate school never taught me...

Being an excellent therapist doesn't automatically make you visible.

Everything changed when I found mentors who taught me what no textbook had—how to build authority, communicate my expertise, and become known. Those lessons transformed my practice, my career, and ultimately my life.

Then I started noticing something bigger than my own journey.

The market was changing rapidly. Corporate mental health companies were expanding. Clients were finding therapists online instead of through referrals. Visibility had become a competitive advantage, yet most therapists had never been taught how to build it.

At the same time, I watched talented clinicians—and many of my own supervisees—burn out. They were working hard, trying random marketing strategies, and wondering why they still weren't attracting the clients and opportunities they deserved.

I realized our profession didn't have an expertise problem. It had an authority problem.

That's when everything became clear. I wasn't just solving my own problem. I was solving a problem our entire profession had been quietly carrying for decades.

So I built the system I wish every therapist had.

Therapist Authority Lab™ exists because I believe our work is sacred—and I'll never believe therapists are supposed to starve while they serve.

Today, I help therapists become recognized authorities in their specialty so they can attract ideal clients, create opportunities beyond the therapy room, and build practices that reflect the quality of their expertise.

Because authority isn't about becoming famous. It's about making sure the people who need your expertise can actually find you.

My hope is that every therapist who works with us leaves saying:

"I used to think my degree and license were enough. Now I know I also need authority—and I know how to build it."

Because when great therapists become impossible to overlook, we don't just change individual practices.

We help protect the future of our profession.
